As the recent CEO of a talent and leadership development firm, and a "retired" two-time CHRO from Fortune 500 organizations, I have led every facet of employee services: acquisition, development, benefits, culture, and more.
In every office, in every boardroom, across every continent, it was always about how to drive consistent and sustainable success by way of encouraging authenticity in my teams.
Because the leadership of one’s own life is the most important leadership role they’ll ever have. And when leaders master this, it drives better outcomes for business and better engagement from their teams.
